Fictor Group's ESG Strategy
Concerned about the legacy of its business, and aiming at implementing ESG in line with its strategy, Fictor will survey all the environmental impacts generated by its operations in 2023 to define plans for monitoring, mitigating and offsetting its impacts, thus ensuring the transparency and perpetuity of its ESG strategy.
As a first step, in June 2022, Fictor offset greenhouse gas emissions from 06.20.2022 to 06.19.2023 from emissions from its corporate headquarters through the purchase of 24 credits from Floresta Viva do Xingu, generating the following benefits:

How does it work in practice?
In practice, through the Tesouro Verde Sustainability Seal, companies can preserve an area of native forest, and then avoid the emission of CO2 (stocked carbon), keep the wood standing, guarantee the survival of animals and plant species and even the conservation of liters of water from the flow of rivers and springs.
